Apple Settles iPod Battery Life Lawsuits in Canada

Hardware manufacturer Apple Inc., has agreed to settle two class action lawsuits in Canada, by online store credits to buyers of some early-generation iPod devices that suffered from dwindling battery life.
The two leading plaintiffs, Ines Lenze and Bradley Waddell claimed that Apple had in the early iPods than eight misrepresented to hours of continuous battery life of ten. In reality, the device's potential battery life dwindled considerably after he repeatedly charged.
